REVIEW ARTIKEL: INTERVENSI mHEALTH TERHADAP KEPATUHAN TERAPI PASIEN TUBERKULOSIS DI ASIA

WHO memaparkan bahwa terdapat lebih dari 10 juta kasus TB baru yang ditemukan di dunia setiap tahunnya dengan negara-negara Asia menjadi kontributor terbesar pada kasus. Dalam tatalaksana terapi, aplikasi kesehatan secara seluler (mHealth) dapat mengatas tantangan dalam pengobatan TB. Studi ini merangkum efek dari intervensi mHealth terhadap kepatuhan terapi pasien TB di Asia. Database yang digunakan dalam studi adalah melalui google scholar. Artikel mengenai intervensi mHealth terhadap kepatuhan pasien TB, penelitian orisinil, penelitian yang dilakukan di negara-negara di Asia, artikel tersedia dalam bentuk full paper, sudah dilakukan proofread, artikel yang dapat diakses terbuka, dan terpublikasi dari tahun 2014 hingga 2024 merupakan kriteria inklusi pada studi ini. Sebanyak 12 artikel terpilih untuk dikaji. Berdasarkan hasil, diketahui bahwa jenis intervensi yang sering digunakan adalah SMS, telepon, sosial media chat, video, dan aplikasi/website untuk monitor pasien. Intervensi dilakukan di beberapa negara, yakni di Cina, India, Indonesia, dan Pakistan. Hasil studi literatur ini menujukkan bahwa sebagian besar intervensi mHealth dapat meningkatkan kepatuhan terapi pasien TB di Asia. Pada penelitian intervensi mHealth, perlu mempertimbangkan penggunaan metode dan desain studi yang dapat memberikan hasil yang kuat.
